Baby gate for stairs ?

We have a baby gate but I put cable ties around the staircase and it doesn't look good. Any recommendations on baby gates for stairs ?

If it’s top of the stairs don’t do a tension mount, it should go into the studs of the wall. We got this one (found it a tab cheaper at buy buy baby)

Ours came with little cups that you screw to the wall or stair posts and it tightens into the cups so it can't pop out. I think the brand was Summer Infant. My daughter climbs on it and my shepherd husky crashes into it often not realizing it's locked and it has yet to come off. My only issue with it is it is finicky to get the tension adjusted correctly. If it isn't adjusted right the gate doesn't lock correctly which would be an issue on the stairs. We just use ours to keep the dogs out or the baby in.
