Working out while pregnant
I am not the fittest. I am not shaming anyone. I am not judging. I am not pointing the finger. But please hear me out. If you can (and ONLY if you can!) try and stay as active as possible. This is my very first pregnancy and I have not yet experienced any sickness, fatigue cramping, headaches, anything. And I truly believe it's because I am continuing to work out while I'm pregnant. I know that everyone is different of course! But if I can give any of you a bit of insight it's to try and stay active! Lots of love ladies 💋xxx
