Can you do the elliptical when pregnant?

Hey ladies! I’ve been trying to find out if it’s safe to do the elliptical when pregnant? It’s my favorite thing in the gym  it o don’t want to cause any harm to the baby!

Yes it’s totally fine just stay hydrated and don’t get too overheated

You can continue to exercise all the way through pregnancy.
Take regular breaks & ensure you don’t over heat 
Drink plenty of water & don’t become dehydrated

Heck yeah, one of my favorite ways to get my cardio in because running has become uncomfortable. I love the stepmill too
