First love sos

So me and my boyfriend have been together for a month and a week. I met him at my best friends baby gender reveal party. My boyfriend’s the baby’s fathers best friend. They set us up New Year’s eve and we had our first date the weekend after. He’s the sweetest, funniest, most understanding, selfless guy I’ve ever met. I fell in love with him two weeks ago but I haven’t told him yet because I realize it’s only been one month but this is the most real feeling I’ve felt all my life. There’s been multiple times I almost told him, but I keep telling myself it’s too early. I don’t know how much longer I can keep it in. So I was wondering if I should tell him I’m in love with him on Valentine’s Day or wait until he says it first? Do y’all have any suggestions?
