noticing a difference.
Im not as consistent as i should be, but seeing a difference motivates me to keep going and to stay on track. I know its not much of a difference, but when i first started i was 160, i wore sweatpants and sweatshorts cause my jeans were so tight and uncomfortable. Im not sure how much i weigh now, but almost 2 months ago i had an appointment and i was 145. My jeans fit me again 😁, even the ones that never did fit me before gaining weight. Also let me add that i am a stay at home mom. So doing it at home is definitely possible.
