I️ need advice.

In the beginning of January 3-9 I️ had my normal period (6 days heavy) about 11 days after (20th) that I️ bled for 12 days (very light not enough to fill up pads) yesterday, feb 6, I️ started spotting, and then this came. Has anybody ever been on the same boat??? Ive been bleeding nonstop since Jan with a few breaks I️ doubt this is my period. I’m so tired.
