Given the clearance to finally work out again need advice - 11 weeks 5 days
Hey ladies,
So I use to work out 6 days a week doing boot camp style classes mix of strength training cardio etc and kick boxing with gloves and a bag no contact. I havent worked out in 2 months. I started my
process mid September so I was really on and off the gym like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. My husband prefers I don’t kick box he thinks it will be to intense. I’m debating if should just do my own thing and still do some classes. Each class is an hour warm up, class and cool down. Any ideas of what I should avoid eg. box jumps? Skipping ? Etc Thank you !
