CD8 temp spike?
I’ve read that your follicular phase temps don’t actually matter, but what on earth? If I had a +opk or this was later in my cycle I’d be dead set on ovulation! I take my temp same time every AM under the same conditions, I even wear the same thing to bed to be sure.
