Can I improve my core while pregnant?
I have the weakest core. I've been doing what I can prior to pregnancy and still continue while pregnant minimally. I'm 13 weeks. I started a water aerobics class at the YMCA 5x a week with a group of older ladies and oh my do I really have no core muscles!!! Does anyone have any experience or suggestions? I'm doing the water classes because of an ongoing knee issue so it's low impact but also because I know I need to keep heart rate down etc while pregnant. The class is a lot of fun and actually left me with sore arms and calves the first day so I know I'm getting something out of it! Any core improvement exercises are greatly appreciated!!!!
