Sharp pains with the iud?

Hey! So I got the Mirena iud inserted a little over two months ago. I've experienced a variety of different pains so far, but chalk most of it up to being early in the adjustment period. However, one thing that concerns me is the sharp pains I get in my uterus/lower abdominal area whenever I bend. When I bend over or sit, especially for more than a few seconds, I start to feel sharp pains, which is often followed by bleeding or spotting soon after. Did anyone else have a similar experience? Should I be concerned? As of the one month check-up my gyno said it was in place. The strings also feel like they're about the same length as right after insertion. Thanks!
