When did you announce your pregnancy after IVF?

I told the close friends I know I would talk to if I had a miscarriage and my sisters. That's all. for everyone else, I would like to wait until 20 weeks since the risks drop significantly, HOWEVER, my sweet step-son's psychotic mother has spent the past 7 years harassing me and found out that I have fertility issues and sends me stuff like

on the regular... so I don't want to tell "everyone" because I don't want her to find out basically until the babies are born. She will do whatever she can to make me more stressed. So yeah. Hopefully none of you have complications like that to consider... otherwise I would just tell everyone at 20 weeks because the risk drops dramatically at that point 😊

People who were there from day one for everything straight away (parents, sister, brothers and 2 girlfriends). Grandparents and close friends at 21 weeks after scan. I’m 25 weeks now and still haven’t told everyone, but have told family they can tell their friends who know us. It’s not a secret anymore, I just haven’t announced.
It’s totally up to you and what you feel comfortable with. We didn’t early as we were enjoying our little secret after everything IVF puts you through.

Family knew around 8 weeks, friends I did them in order of who I wanted to tell first but I did between 10-12 weeks. My relatives I’ll do next week since we are going down to visit thought it would be a nice surprise ! Do it when your comfortable
