7 weeks pregnant and bleeding

Hi ladies. Ive read many post here about bleeding during pregnancy and found out some said its normal some not. Im 7 weeks pregnant and today i have a light bleeding (dark red/maroon alike) but im not feeling any pain like cramp or anything. Just feel tired as usual. This is my 1st pregnancy and me and my husband really want this baby. Im so worried rn😞. Dont have any Dr to call since i havent do my pregnancy check-up yet. Me and husband plan to do the check-up tomorrow. However i still want to know whats happen. Is it normal? Please tell me it is not sign of miscarriage 😭😭😭😭
