Help Please

Does anybody know how long plan b messes up your cycles? On September 19, 2017 I made the biggest mistake of taking the pill and the month I took it in it changed my period to the 20th, so my period either comes on the 19th or 20th of the month. But this month my period came on the 6th. On the 4th when i wiped I spotted pink with discharge. On the 5th nothing happened. Then on the 6th I started 🙁. Could it be also because me and my partner had intercourse on my ovulating day?
