I was so nervous about getting it. But it wasn’t bad at all. I got mine at planned parenthood. My nurse the first time had told me she’d like me to be in my period but it didn’t show up today. On the bright side she was still able to do it!!

I chose the Liletta IUD. She was very gentle when inserting it. There are like 3 camping parts which for me weren’t bad at all just like my normal period cramps. She was very nice and walked me through everything as she was doing it. The thing no one ever told me was that once you stand up to get your clothes blood runs down your leg... gross lol. I would totally recommend it to all of my friends. I would say don’t let others experiences affect you wanting to get it done. It all depends on your body. I’m a little crampy now but no more than usual so now imma curl up in bed and watch Netflix with a heating pad! If anyone had questions I can gladly answer them!
