REAL HONEST QUESTION regarding jobs. which job do I choose?

which job? 1...a nanny job, a newborn, 19 month old, 7 year old where I can bring my own son to as well BUT the family arent the cleanest. (when I went to interview, the 19 month old had hands foot and mouth disease) I couldn't believe they invited us over even as its contagious. hours vary 30 to 40 hours.. 10 an hour. 2.....cleaning job. 10 an hour. hours are 815 to 430. I enjoy cleaning BUT I'd have to pay my step sister to watch my son 5 days a week. (about 140) plus taxes get taken out... so that's losing a lot of money for me but I'm about done with watching kids lol as I'm so stressed all the time already dealing with my own lmao I NEED help as I either start one job next week. I need to choose what's best.
