Pregnant with twins/multiples?

Hi there.
I was curious how a few of you who are pregnant with twins or more felt before it was confirmed that you were carrying 2 or more? 
I will be 11 weeks tomorrow and haven’t had an appointment yet, I go in on Tuesday. 
I’ve been pregnant three other times (1 girl & 2 boys) this pregnancy feels completely different. 
My morning sickness is like triple than my other pregnancies and it’s all day of course (yay me..) 
Twins run in my family and my husbands. I am twice as fatigue and lacking energy than I did my last pregnancies. My belly is showing bigger and sooner than my other pregnancies ( and yes, I know every pregnancy is different) 
I just have that feeling that I’m carrying more than one. I’ve dreamed it the past few nights. 
My appointment seems forever away lol. 
How did you ladies feel? How far along was it confirmed that you were having twins?

I had no idea! I had very little nausea, most of which was satisfied with food, didn’t throw up once, boobs not sore, I was tired more than usual but nothing extreme, no aversions, no increased hunger, nothing haha. We were in shock and thrilled when we found out at 9+6. I lost weight too and didn’t really starting popping until 12 weeks. I have friends with singletons who’ve overall felt way worse than I have.

I knew at 6weeks. I kept telling my husband that there just had to be two in there. My pants were already super tight, plus I was extremely sick. I had it confirmed by ultrasound at about 8weeks.

I’ll add, the only thing that made me think it may be twins is that I got my BFP at 3+3, at 9 DPO. But that was it.

I was positive it was twins because I was so much sicker this go around and I started showing at 7 weeks. Got to the scan, told my doc, he laughed, out the probe in and bam... twins! He laughed hysterically and was shocked that I knew.

I had no idea until I had a 12 week ultrasound but the nausea and fatigue is extreme, 21 weeks now and I’m as big as 30 weeks with my other kids

Yo be honest, with both our pregnancies of multiples I had no idea. Rare thing is that pregnancy tests were not picking up and I was having false negatives. I made an appointment because I felt pregnant and we found out we were expecting twins, maybe triplets. There were three sacs but only two heart beats. We went back the next week and there was a third heart beat! ☺️❤️❤️❤️ I never EVER had morning sickness with my triplets, and I had tons of energy after 8-9 weeks pregnant. Not so much after 30 weeks though 😅😄
With our twins, we were not expecting it either. I did have some morning sickness but no where near as bad as with my two singletones. I am a little tired now but not as much as during the first trimester. Also, I haven had giant bellies with any of my pregnancies, not even my triplets! I believe this one will be bigger (twins) than my triplets!!! 😅I just feel huge already and I’m only 20 weeks along. Maybe because I didn’t loose all the baby weight before getting pregnant again 🤷🏻‍♀️😅😆 Triplets are 6 months and I got pregnant on my first cycle after having them at 5 weeks PP.

When they tested my progesterone at 7 days it was pretty high and I knew then and there that I was pregnant and I was pretty sure I was having twins. I was supposed to wait another week to test but I tested 4 days later and got a positive. My hcg numbers were low and didn’t get crazy like some ladies on here but my progesterone levels were crazy so I wasn’t surprised to see two sacs when we did the US. I didn’t have any symptoms but sore boobs until my 2nd trimester and then got really bad morning sickness.

I had idea I was carrying twins initially. In the first trimester I was sick every day and I had no energy, I had to quit my job because of my symptoms. This pregnancy was very different from my singleton pregnancies and at the time I had no idea twins ran in my family. I found out I was having mono/di boys at 12 weeks and then I was told twins ran in my family, it just skipped two generations and landed right on me.

I had no idea. Was quite sick with my first (daughter) but had very little sickness this time. The only thing that really stood out is feeling 10 x more tired than I did in my first pregnancy

I kinda guessed it was twins when I took my pregnancy test 3 days late and it came back positive with 20 seconds. this is my first pregnancy so I thought throwing up once a day was normal. turns out throwing up that much isn't normal and my first guess was right.
