Yes, it’s completely fine. I know a lot of women are against tanning while pregnant but using a tanning bed is fine too. They just don’t really incourge it because of getting too hot and getting dehydrated easier.

I heard if you use a lotion or something it's better than going for a spray tan can cause you to inhale more chemicals... I'm not sure though x

I would look it up, spray tan is actually less safe than a tanning bed in pregnancy because of the chemicals. Xx
