A lil confused

Well I had went to the bathroom n when I had wipe my self I seen this so can someone tell if that mean I may pregnant or it means dat my menstruation is coming bcuz when I used the bathroom n I didn’t nothing but regular urine but when I wipe myself I seen dat n my last period was Jan 5 n it was suppose to come Jan 30 so Idk please someone tell me something
