I think I might be pregnant ?

so I'm 8 days late I had intercourse around Jan 26 and 28 and I had tooken plan B the next day I had intercourse but I usually get my period early when I need to take plan B and I havnt gotten it and i had some spotting happen just this week and it wasn't leftover tissue from my previous menstrual cycle so I decided to take a preg. test and it showed a faint line and I took two day one at 5 am and the other one around 6 and it showed faint line as well my question is does this mean early pregnacy? and do I just take a test every morning to see if it starts to get darker? also zoom in on the picture you can see it but the camera won't really capture it
