Sooo yesterday I found out that I am having twins. The ultrasound was pretty clear but didn’t hear their heartbeats. My hcG is rising like its suppose to. The dr stated it was a threatened miscarriage and I have a little bit of blood between my placenta and uterus, but he wasn’t worried. When is it common to hear the heartbeats? Has this happened to anyone else? Scared to death because I had a miscarriage at 19 weeks in 2016 and another one at 24 wks in June. Also have the antiphospholipid syndrome.
