What type of IUD should I get???

I have decided to choose between these two I just don’t know which one would be better for me.

I’ve had my Paragard for over a year now, and i haven’t really had any problems at all. My cramping starts earlier, and the first day or 2 of my period is heavier. But I’ve always had really bad cramps, so I can’t blame that on the Paragard. I’ve also always had a pretty heavier flow, but it’s definitely worse now. Honestly, I don’t even mind that the first 2 days are heavier because it makes my period end sooner, so I guess in a way it’s better.
I personally decided to go with the Paragard because of how long it lasts, how effective it is, it’s low maintenance, and non-hormonal. It being non-hormonal is important to me because I have anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and my hormone shifts throughout my cycle definitely effect it already. Hormonal birth control can tend to make some mental illnesses worse, or give people symptoms of depression and anxiety, so I’d rather just not risk it. Of course there are plenty of people on hormonal birth control that are perfectly fine. It just wasn’t something I wanted to mess with, and I’m definitely happy with my Paragard so far.
