lactating when not pregnant!?

i found a pore right above my right nipple a few months ago that is thicker and feels like a tube as if it was a nipple. so i squeezed it thinking perhaps it was a pimple or something. well thick white discharge came out of it. still, figures it was a pimple. needless to say, it never went away, and each time i squeese it, discharge comes out. sometimes thick, sometimes creamy. last night i squeezed it, and thin , white discharge came put...sqirting out and actually hitting the mirror in front of me! anyone elsr have this ? i just had my period for a month and a half, so im pretty certain im not pregnant, and even if so, lactating doesnt happen until late pregnancy so im just curious if anyone else has this issue and answer for me..
