Late period - when do I ovulate?

Hi guys I had a miscarriage (1st preg) on 11th Jan, bled for a week. Couldn’t tell when I was ovulating and haven’t yet had a period. Glows saying AF two days late. I checked and not pregnant. How the hell do you tell when you are ovulating, I just want to get back trying!!?

I'm totally with you! I had a miscarriage on 20/01 and bled for 5/6 days. I started taking ovulation tests but still haven't had a postive. I got really close and now they're going light again so I have no idea if I missed it or whether it's going to take weeks/months to get back to normal 😩 I'm like you I just want to get back into my normal cycle. It's hard enough dealing with the fact you have miscarried without having to wait ages to start trying again 🙄 x

I had a missed miscarriage back in July and ttc now and I still feel like my body is out of wack. I’m not sure if I realize when I’m ovulating.. I would of never thought it would be this hard.. I’m glad I’m not alone sometimes I feel really dumb for not knowing when I’m ovulating or the signs of it happening.. Wishing you the best of luck.
