Cream cheese?

Are you really not allowed to have cream cheese while pregnant? I usually get it in my Cali roll and I’m really craving them

cream cheese is fine. I love it! :) just make sure all cheese, juices and milks are pasteurized.

It’s fine, I’ve been eating it & my little one has more movement when I eat it. I think he’s going to love cheese.
As long as the milk is pasteurised it’s totally fine, just read the back of the packaging

They say you aren't supposed to have soft cheeses because the chances of bacteria being in them is higher

You can eat any dairy, cheese, milk, yogurt, etc. just as long as its pasteurized!
