My period came two weeks early and has been super heavy. I have had 2 kids and I feel like a heaviness to my vaginal area. I had a tampon in and tried to poop since I thought maybe feeling coming from there and I only peed and then this clot came out past my tampon that was still in. I’ve had unprotected sex for the past couple months but started BC 2 weeks ago. Ideas please? Also having terrible nausea since passing the clot.

***update bleeding has slowed to super light which is odd because I just started bleeding today. Nausea isn’t as bad. Still have bad headache.
