New symptoms

So after almost 2 years of trying we were referred to a fertility doc. Husband is awesome and I had to do a dye test and cleaned out my tubes. Wow what a crampy procedure!! So she said to start having intercourses during ovulation ( 2 days ago and yesterday). Usually some women get pregnant after their tubes get flushed. But if I do not get my period we would start medication 3 days later. Today I have been cramping sooooo much in my ovaries. Such discomfort. Any of you ladies had this? Or is this a new symptom?
