How to juggle newborn and school drop off and pickup

So my son is due in June and I am wondering how I am going to manage with a new born and taking my daughter to school (she’s in yr2) I wouldn’t want to take baby out and especially it being winter and him not being vaccinated. How did other mums do it?? Any tips or advice

I don’t have family support for someone to take her to school for me or to mind the baby so that’s kinda out for an option.
