Blocked Fallopian tubes

Hi ladies not been on glow app for around 2years just felt I needed a break has any ladies in these groups found out they have blocked tubes threw hsg I’ve none mine have been blocked since October last year but not sure how long! I have hydro I one tube with scar tissue and slight spillage in my other tube but they said both are blocked I refused to have a lap and dye as I can cause more scar tissue and that’s what’s blocking them in the first place..just woundering jf anyone in here is having same problem as me I’ve been doing vitamins and herbs and alsorts to try and unblock naturally and had a bfp I’m not sure if the herbs and vitamins are working because my doc won’t allow me to have a hsg witch has frustrated the life out of me I have 2 girls but I have been craving for baby no 3 for 7 long years now......sorry for long post ladies xx
