How much longer should I wait before testing?

A little about me: I’m a 31 year old and ttc. My period are regular and I’ve never had children, nor am I on birth control. My periods come like clockwork and I always start on the day this app and Ovia tells me to. Always!

Well I was supposed to start on Wednesday the 7th and here we are Sunday the 11th. No signs of aunt flow. NOTHING. I have some clear mucus discharge and my breasts are tender, but that’s normal for me and maybe for all of us when it’s time for our lady visitor. I did take a test Sunday evening after work (because I was supposed to start that morning and didn’t) and the test was negative. Not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that it was from the Dollar Store? Anyways, my question to you all is... how much longer should I wait to test again? Do you think there’s a possibility I’m pregnant? Today will be 5 days late.
