weird symptoms after tubal ligation

I just need some help plz. I had my tubes cut tied and burned two years ago in may 2018. however on Feb 4 2018 I had a weird brown purple grey blood clot. I thought at the time that I just got Aunt Flo. however I didn't start until Feb 8 late that evening. it was like heavy but literally stopped all of a sudden today ( Feb. 10 evening) I had some brownish red blood clots that were stringy. I read that it could be miss carriage. but I just need second opinions please. I heard the younger you are the more chance of your tubes growing back. I've had some of the pregnancy symptoms.
