if ur pregnant can u still go dancing ..because I went out last night with my bf and dance ..and I am scared that can effect the baby 😏I am 18 weeks and 4 days

I’m 33 weeks and my husband and I go to the dance club about once or twice a month and go dancing. Hip hop or two step. It’s actually good for you because its considered “exercise” staying active is the key. So no it won’t hurt the baby to go dancing.

It might rock the baby to sleep, that is about it. Being active during pregnancy is a good thing.
