help in pain!!

so my opk said I started ovulating on the 9th so that's when we did it but we were a little bit rough haha so my husband's penis got really sore and that's the only day we could do it. my question is now today on the 11th I'm having all this pain in and around my belly button and sides and I don't know if it's ovulation or cramping?? I'm thinking it's cramping bc all my opks have been really light like not positive. could I still get pregnant if we only did it the one day?? the pain is really bad like a 6 out of 10. what could this be?? I know alot of questions right.
