TTC and Fiance on Meds

Hello everyone! I am new here and I'm wondering if any one has any experience with my dilemma. I have 2 kids. one from a previous relationship and one from my fiance. we are now TTC baby number 3 but recently he has been seeing a therapist and has been out on ambilify which is a medication for depression. His Dr told us that he will be fine and should not have a problem with low sperm count because he is only taking 10mgs a day. I am a bit worried that this is incorrect and we may be trying for nothing because this medication may be causing low sperm count. Does anyone know or have advice?😣
