MAB/D&E/HCG question

So at 9weeks we found out our baby no longer had a heart beat. We decided to have a D&E; the following day. It’s been close to 4 weeks since then

My question is would there still be enough HCG in my system to have a positive urine test? I know it takes time for the HCG to decrease in your system- but I’m

Not sure how long.

I took a test because all my prego systems had went away and then this weekend I had a few drinks- woke up the next morning a little queasy which I thought nothing of- but queasiness wouldn’t go away. Next day I was still queasy and tired and I even made the comment “it’s like I’m prego again”. My husband and I did have sex 2 weeks after surgery as instructed. Twice without protection( about 2 weeks ago)

So is this a real positive prego test- or has the HCG levels just not gone down yet?
