just wondering becuase i love those and i dont eat them as much cuz of the salt but im 11 weeks and i crave them like crazy

I eat them. Did last pregnancy too. First semester it was like all I could tolerate.

Most of them are now MSG free and as long as your drinking plenty of water you should be fine. You can always cut back on salt elsewhere in your diet to lessen your overall daily intake of salt.

Me! Lol my husband eats them all the time, and I eat them sometimes if I’m being lazy. They’re not my favorite thing in the world, but I can handle it.
