suggestions for a teething baby??

I think it's teething anyways. we thought she has been teething since she was about 3.5 months but she's now 6.5 months and no teeth. but she is EXTREMELY drooly, soooo fussy, bright red cheeks, chewing hard on her teething toys. I gave her Motrin, teething toys, frozen wash cloth. idk what else to do. I don't see any teeth cutting through though which is super frustrating. I've never seen my baby like this before. and no I don't think she is sick.
