anyone have a hemmorhage at birth?

I had one with my 4th pregnancy and had 3 blood transfusions and d&c.; I'm getting nervous with this pregnancy of it happening again. anyone had any that bad and any normal births after? I am 35 now.

not me, but my mother with me. she hemorrhaged for days and had a transfusion as well. i was 9lb13oz and breach and idk why i wasnt an emergency c-section. my mom was/is and RN at that hospital too so she knew all too well what was up. 
however, i am the oldest with two younger brothers. and their births were pretty textbook. hope that helps and i wish you the best!

Same here. Had a c-section, excessive bleeding,  d&c;, a night in ICU, and 3 blood transfusions with my first. Now I’m pregnant with #2 and am worried about it happening again.
