I had a mirena for 10 years total(second replaced immediately after removal). The end of December I had second one removed so we could start trying to conceive. First period was a hand full of days after removal and it was like my normal period 10 years ago light, short, and easy. Come to find out my cycle is every 32 days so I thought I was pregnant. I started and then fourth day mid day period was gone. Husband and I had sex and the next morning I had started again. I am on day 12 day now. Is this normal about IUD removal? At what point do you call OB and ask for guidance?
