Nose piercing: Stud? Or hoop?

My husband and I are in a battle. I have had my nose pierced for over 10 years and have always just did studs. I just switched to a hoop, god forbid I change it up, and my husband flipped. He says he hates them and thinks they look stupid. He’s trying to crack me and make me change it, but I love it and the fact that it drives him mad is a fun perk also. So it just got me thinking, does it truly look that different?

My SO hates mine but it isnt his nose or face 🤷🏻‍♀️ will admit he is glad it doesn’t come out during sex anymore like the studs did.

I had both before and I preferred the hoop. I never had to worry about the end of my stud sticking out of my nose. 😂
