Baby started sleeping through the night so I also pump before I go to bed and around 4/5 in the morning (just to relieve engorgement). Keeps my supply up and helps me stock pile a bit.

Nursing and pumping every three hours around the clock. It was signaling my body to make more. 
Milk supply works on a supply/demand model. So the more your body thinks you need (pumping often and putting baby to breast often), the more it should make.

fenugreek worked for me. LC didn't advise it , since I think it's a liability.  happy with my 3 oz production per pump.  I did the supplement after I had a decrease by half due to a high 102.6 F fever. Im back to normal now. ,,,

MY LO is almost 28 weeks and I’ve eaten oatmeal every day I drink s ton of water and I never go 4 hours without pumping or nursing this includes overnight..

I Franks mothers milk tea and ate the cookies for increasing milk supply. I think it helped some but feeding on demand and pumping when needed helped too.
