Lump on cervix

I noticed I was spotting. So I did a cervical check and found a hard lump on my cervix. Not too big and not too small. Has anyone had this and have any idea of what it is.

I’m calling my dr in the morning.

I’m STD free, in a monogamous relationship so I’m 99% positive it’s not hpv. And there is only 1.

I have 1 child and had 8 miscarriages. I also had a d&c; in July. (Just wanted to give a little background Incase it helps)
