I'm so confused....

So this guy I know flirts alot and is kinda touchy like he comes up to me and touches my face and plays with my chair and stuff like that. But then when he gets around guy friends or other girls he kind of acts like a dick. So idk if he likes me or is just messing with my head, and I don't even know if I like him or the thought of being with him. Please help.
