how do you politely ask you husband

how do you politely ask your husband to get on the help around the house train and like help with something!!??#?! he was doing great in the first month of new year i tried to praise him and stroke his ego even though it felt extremely fake and made me gag because to me it shouldnt be so hard to want to help support your family! but here we are again back to doing nothing but sleeping and going to work... im trying to remain calm. but im ready to go bat shit crazy ass women!!!! im actually considering telling him a story about a "friends" relationship and just be like what do you think about it ? lol
