Was told I’m over weight
I’m 5’2 and have gained the most weight in my life. I was 219 and now 201. When I went In for a check up I was told if I want to get pregnant I need to loose weight. I’ve been trying for MONTHS. To get back to my happy weight and it’s just so hard! I’ve had a part of my cervix removed and don’t know if this is why she made that comment but I need tips. I go to two gyms, and have been logged on MyFitnessPal for 150 days!
