What do I do if he may not be ready?

Me and my boyfriend of 5 years have a beautiful baby girl who is 14 months now. I JUST found out I’m pregnant again was on birth control but got sick and had to take antibiotics... dun dun dun!!! U can guess the rest. I haven’t told him yet about the positive test but we’ve talked about having another child he said he’s like for her to be outta diapers b4 we try again!!! I wanted to try when our daughter was 18 months!! We agreed to disagree and it’ll happen when it happens like our first did!!! But NOW!!!!! I’m at a loss which way should I go with this!!!!
