Alright what can you tell me about these things. LOL I watched a video on the recently where a girl just talked about trying them but are there any major issues with them/concerns?

soft cups are amazing ! use them . been using them since I was 14 . can have sex with them as well . they last up to 12 hrs then throw away .

I have one. I love it. It’s the first time I’ve used it, and I wish I would have switched sooner. It really is a great alternative. There is a test online that will tell you which menstrual cup is good for you. I would take the test. My biggest advice is whenever/if ever if you get a cup, feel around the cup, when inside of your vagina, to make sure it’s around your cervix.

You just have to make sure they aren’t squished when they’re in. I usually insert it, then pull it down to allow it to open up before positioning it. They can leak if they aren’t opened up fully. But other than that I love the cup!
