Been sick?

Is it normal to be sick and feel really sick and have stumach ache like asif your going to be sick when your starving yourself? I was sick this morning and it was all phlegm and water is that normal? I’ve eaten half of a sandwich in 2 days and felt like this for 2 days

I know it’s in the wrong group but i need answers and no other group responds
