The other day I noticed my bf had liked a picture of a girls ass on instagram. I was upset about it and left to the gym. He knew I was mad but I wanted to cool off so I just left without confronting him...

Well that same night he posted a tweet saying “I don’t dedicate poems or songs but goals. It’s all for you girl” (he had went to his soccer game that night)

I’ll admit I HATE confrontation and I’m working on my commutation skills towards him. I kept quiet all night and ignored it...

The next night (last night) I couldn’t take it anymore. I asked if we could talk and he said “about what” I said well there’s a reason I have been so quiet. And I told him. I asked who the tweet was about and he said no one. I told him I didn’t believe him and there’s obviously a reason he posted it. Whether it be because it truly was about another girl or he just wanted me to see it and get mad.

He said he seen it on fb and just posted it.

I then asked him if he thinks it’s okay to like pictures of girls asses on social media and he said no and I asked why he did. He didn’t have an answer.

I was crying by this time. He acted like he didn’t want to talk and was also looking at his phone the whole time. I told him to get off his phone but he wouldn’t even communicate with me.

I left the room and called my mom to come get me.

We have been together for almost 3 years and I’m 5 weeks pregnant. He says it’s a “mood swing” but this genuinely upset me.

He unliked the picture and deleted the tweet.

I don’t know if I should try talking to him again tonight after he gets off work or if I should just stay with my mom again tonight.

My bf and I do live together with our dog as well.

I just need some advice. No bashing please.

I really do love this guy. We have been through a lot together and I’ve known him since 8th grade.

UPDATE:

I decided to stay at our house last night to give him a chance to apologize. I never got that.

He’s been sleeping on the couch and we’ve been keeping our distance and not talking.

I shouldn’t be the one apologizing when I’ve done nothing wrong...
