Best beef stew recipe?!

Does anybody know an easy crock pot beef stew recipe?! Google and Pinterest have some ideas but all the recipes are different 🤷🏼‍♀️ what are yall’s favorite? Trying to get Valentine’s Day dinner ready!!

this is how I make it: cut up the pot roast and put it in crock pot with some water and flour, mix together and let cook until broth browns a bit. then add in diced carrots, potatoes celery onions exc. then boom just let it slow cook. easy peasy
