Acne remedies??

Since stopping the pill 6 months ago, I’ve been breaking out something fierce. I’ve been recommended to use Belli products but they are doing me no good. TTC is hard enough; adult acne on top of it makes it even worse!

My hormones went whacky and have my horrendous hormonal acne when I had iud put in and when I had It taken out. Don’t overwash your face, It dries It out and makes It worse. Going to a chiropractor helps a LOT. But if youre not into that, I’ve also I’ve found that keeping It simple on my face really helped it it back on track. Clean your face with gentle cleanser, use a toner and then a lotion. I use bare essentials powdered make up only but I also found an It cosmetics blemish concealer that is medicated they not only covers the spots very well but helps them disappear quicker. It’ll settle back down. It takes more than 6 mos in my experience. Damn hormones!!

This is super crazy but I have always had horrid awful acne my whole life. My friend told me to start washing my face with the head and shoulders shampoo. It has changed my life. It cleared up my face so well. It is a life saver. I also use rose water toner at night to clean and make it smell good. But seriously the head and shoulders shampoo will help you so much. 😁

Origins Dr Weil mega mushroom like does wonders on my acne if you want start with one product I recommend the face mask.  Leave it in overnight.
